Refund & Return Policy

At Lasting Impressions Hair Co., we take pride in providing high-quality hair products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy as outlined below:


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or other hair products.

Exceptions: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. The product must be unused, unaltered, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

Return approval: To request a return for a defective item, email lastingimpressionscollection@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a description of the problem.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Store credit or an exchange will be provided for defective or incorrect items.

If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit or send a replacement product within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
