Refund & Return Policy
At Lasting Impressions Hair Co., we take pride in providing high-quality hair products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy as outlined below:
Returns & Exchanges
• All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or other hair products.
• Exceptions: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. The product must be unused, unaltered, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
• Return approval: To request a return for a defective item, email lastingimpressionscollection@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a description of the problem.
Refunds
• We do not offer refunds. Store credit or an exchange will be provided for defective or incorrect items.
• If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit or send a replacement product within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Cancellations & Order Changes
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
